Will I need to pay for delivery?

Yes, you will need to pay for your delivery. The delivery cost will be added at checkout. Please note that delivery cost will be affected based on location.

How long after a transaction do I get paid?

Businesses can receive payment via the platform using their own payment gateway which means they will receive payment as per norm, based on their existing set-up. 

For businesses that will receive payment using our payment gateway, we have made it easy for you to get paid. It will take 2-5 business days for the funds to be sent to your account provided during the signing up phase.

Please note, businesses are expected to ensure that their banking information is current. Any changes must be submitted at least 5 business days prior to the next payment cycle.

Will my customers be able to pay by credit card?

Yes, the platform has a built in payment gateway that allows customers to pay using their credit cards. 

How do I get paid after a transaction?

We have made things easier for you in terms of getting your funds with less hassle. The app has been integrated with a few payment gateways to make things easier for you; WiPay (https://wipaycaribbean.com/wipayJamaica/), PayPal, Stripe, cash (not encouraged for safety reasons) and card on delivery (requires a card machine).

To select your payment option/s, ensure you are logged in to your business dashboard and you will be able to access “Payment Methods” from the menu list from the right of the screen. Please note, you can have more than one payment method used to conduct businesses. You will need to discuss payment methods with your business officer as well.
